Production Equipment

The cutting-edge of modern enterprises is technology, and the emphasis on high precision at low cost. Wing Shing has already invested in CNC system to upgrade its Shenzhen production plant to a high-advanced computerized processing centre. All metal fabrication toolings/dies are custom made at our Tooling Center. All sorts of machine tooling are computer aided designed and produced to achieve high precision. The computerization also helps to improve processing efficiency.

Quality Control System

Wing Shing is strictly complied with quality control to secure consistence in production process and product quality. We have been investing heavily in high-efficient production facilities to ensure our products are in high quality and professional standard. This is our commitment to you – quality and reliability.

A wide range of Quality Control Systems have been set-up in all departments. Not only we are having a team of well-trained IQC, IPQC, and OQC, we have also train up every worker to check for the products that they are responsible for during the production process. Special JIGs are designed to assist the inspection process. In order to strengthen our QA system, we have included the CPK and SPMP programme to monitor the consistency of our manufacturing process. With increased complexity in new products and higher expectation of our discerning customers, we have installed the hi-tech machines for inspection.
